This lovely little house is beautifully restored with plenty of intersting features; the stair treads are in stone and in perfect condition, the flooring (a combination of tiles and wood) is easy to maintain and the bathroom fittings and tiles are simple and classic. Every inch of space has been used to the full without forcing anything and the windows and shutters are sturdy and in good condition though it would be beneficial to fit double glazing which is not a difficult or costly task. The entrance door and the double garage door are both traditional in style and add to the appeal of the exterior which is rendered and painted pale green.
The main town square is a five minute walk if that but there are shops, bars and restaurants close to the property. The street is narrow so there is not a great deal of traffic and therefore not a great deal of noise.
